Dean went above and beyond assisting us with computer issues when doing truck buying paperwork. We drove 3 hours to buy our truck and Dean met with us immediately when we arrived. He was pleasant, caring and professional in buying process. Truck was just what we were looking for and price is what brought us that far from home to buy the Silverado.

After setting up an appointment for a $1,500 repair well in advance and being told our estimated service time would be 3 hours, we dropped our vehicle off at 9 a.m. At approximately. 4 p.m. we received a call stating that the repair had not been started and would not be completed until the following day. Obviously, this impacted our plans for both days, and we elected to cancel the repair altogether and seek assistance elsewhere.

The team at Vaughns was great to work with. They worked to help me find a vehicle that fit my budget and took the time to explore different options. I greatly appreciate their commitment to their customers

From the beginning to the end it was a pleasant experience and I’m thankful

I was told it would take 4 to 6 days from the day I brought it in on the 3rd 2 days for the warranty to approve repairs it took a week. I was then told the parts would arrive in 2 to 4 days which is alright it got here in 2 sweet I was then told it would take until the next Monday the 16th i said alright I really need the truck done because I need it to transport my family's belongings for a trip my advisor told me no problem it'll be done Monday well Monday rolls around and no call nothing I call get sent to voice mail eventually get a call telling me it won't be done till tomorrow I say okay emphasize again I really need it tomorrow came and same thing no call I call sent to voice mall get a call back later telling me the tech wasn't even there yesterday so it won't be done till tomorrow 1 at the latest I was tracking the truck and the autolive website to see the order status and also my truck out front at 12 I wait till 115 to call told to wait and she look hung up no call back for hours I call again they tell me they'll ask I get a call from my advisor telling it's done they're just doing paper work I ask for a ride he says hell send someone after they drop off a vehicle didnt arrive until 5 something I get there and my advisor isn't even there I couldnt leave for my vacation till I was 2 and half days to late with family's stuff that were already at our destination you ruined my vacation i would have understood if my advisor was straight and told me what was happening like he said he would instead of telling me the wrong time over and over again if I knew how long it would have taken I could have made other arrangements but I always thought it'll be done I can wait just a little bit longer I know work takes time and complications happen but I just wanted to be informed with the correct answers

My experience was very good. Eduardo was very helpful and answered all my questions and if he didn't know the answer, he found it quickly. Everything was ready with the truck and I didn't have to squabble a lot with the price. They gave a great price up front!

The process was very easy and executed well. My sales associate Trevor Pryor was very kind, helpful and knowledgeable. I felt at ease during the whole process. I would not hesitate to do business with them again or refer friends and family to do so.

We are extremely pleased with our experience at Vaughn Automotive. The entire buying process was very simple, yet we feel they were very thorough. Through out the entire process they answered all our questions and shared information that was important for us to know. The Salesman was very knowledgeable and easy to talk with. He made us feel very comfortable from the start of the buying process to the very end. We will continue to buy from Vaughn in the future.

The dealership did not adequately perform the advertised 51 point dealer certification inspection on the vehicle. But once the issues were pointed out and discovered they made it right and did not hassle us about it, which was very much appreciated.

We were there for an oil change and tire rotation, the time was ok! Had a question & our sales man went through it & explained to me! Also the owner sat down and visited with us for a while!

After arriving at the dealership, and being frustrated with the vehicle appearance and the confusion associated with the sales price that had been negotiated, I left with the vehicle extremely satisfied. The tech found a code, however it wasn’t clear as to what it was. He contacted GM and they said they weren’t sure and recommended updating the system. He did but he didn’t think it took. The service writer said he would get back with me when they had an answer Monday. Well the update must’ve worked. My Yukon began working normally on Saturday. However the service writer has yet to call.

Kyle was very nice and knowledgeable. He said he had only been there a month. Please keep him on your staff.

Best experience we’ve ever had purchasing a new auto. Dean spent a lot of extra time explaining everything about our GMC Sierra. He was very thorough. Sheri at closing was so helpful and organized.

Customer satisfaction is really an important value to the dealership as my car was fixed and given $0 bill on that. The lounge area is such a great space to wait while car is being attended to. I just hope that some protein bar be added to snacks and drinks bar.

The staff was friendly and helpful. Unfortunately i had to make 2 trips to get my vehicle fixed and I live an hour and a half away. The job was also only supposed to take 3 hours and I arrived at 9:15 for my appointment at 9:30 & didn't leave until almost 4:30. So the 2nd trip was a very long day.

Drop off went smooth but advisor didn’t really want to talk or answer questions about the recall test. When I came back I was handed the papers,keys and pointed in the direction of my truck. Again the advisor didn’t not want to try to answer any questions I had.

This is the second time Vaughs has treated me horrible…the last time I was in for an oil change I asked for oil change tire rotation cabinet filter air filter & top off fluids ..when I got home from the appointment..I noticed one of my rims had a big scratch in it ..of course I made a complaint..but have heard nothing !! This time although I was hesitant..I came back to Vaughs , however this time I asked for just an oil change ..Mr LaRue came out a short time after arriving..showed me the cabin filter, that looked like it been though hell very dirty nasty He said we can change it for 70 $ plus labor .. That’s seams extremely high for cabin filter air filter!!! But my response was that looks like it at least two years old , and y’all charged me for one only 75 days ago . Surly it wasn’t that condition after just two short months..now Mr larue changed it at no coast this time !! But that don’t change the fact you stole from me and was totally dishonest! Upon returning home from this current appointment..I notice your tech has totally scratch the paint this time on the bed of my truck with his nasty hands and my steering wheel was oily…I would like a call concerning this issues **** this is absolutely unacceptable and I need to be compensated! For the inconvenience you have caused me !!

He stayed late to help us complete the sale, and he was in the office (even though it was his afternoon off - which I saw on his email signature, not because he told us). I think that shows a lot of initiative. We went to many different car dealerships and he decided on Vaughn’s, not only because they had the vehicle we liked, but also because the customer service was top notch!

I found a 2026 gmc denali on the internet that had some generous rebates and discounts that fit my budget. after sending a request to Vaughn Automotive I was contacted by the warm staff. I didnt feel super pressured like the other auto dealerships I spoke with. I received a fair price for my trade and a good purchase price for my new GMC over social media. My wife and I drove 4 1/2 hours each way from Sioux City. After a warm greeting from Eduardo Vasquez, we were shown our new pickup and reviewed the workings of our new vehicle. Eduardo was extremely knowledgeable and answered all questions both my wife and I asked of him. The paperwork went on forever but with the kind help of Sheri Fane she made it feel painless. Thank you to all the other fine staff members that made us feel welcome and worked as a team to make our purchase go smooth.

Oil change, tire rotation and vehicle inspection went well and done quickly. Tire pressures should be checked as part of the inspection. All of my tires were 5 lbs. below the factory recommended pressures. Service advisors were clueless with regard to active noise cancellation questions and radio volume issues. One advisor checked with Google to answer the question. Come to find out I found that a TSB had been issued by GM on the ANC problem back in October.

We had an oil change on our 22 Chevy Silverado the team had us ready to go very quickly! But when we went leave I noticed my lane change & park assist was off, Mandy was in the parking lot, she came over to see what was wrong, Mandy drove the truck around & pulled back in the shop, she one of the workers unhook the ground to the battery, he hooked it back up & everything was working so with the help of Mandy we were on our way in about 10 minutes!!! Great team work!!!

Sent my wife for an oil change. Noted in appointment comments oil change only. Maddison Petersen brought my wife the cabin air filter and engine air filter. Said they needed to be changed. My wife refused. Said as per my instructions. Oil change only. When I checked on the engine air filter situation 3 days later I noticed one missing air box screw. One screw pinched the wiring harness and the air intake tube mis aligned.
