This is the second time Vaughs has treated me horrible…the last time I was in for an oil change I asked for oil change tire rotation cabinet filter air filter & top off fluids ..when I got home from the appointment..I noticed one of my rims had a big scratch in it ..of course I made a complaint..but have heard nothing !! This time although I was hesitant..I came back to Vaughs , however this time I asked for just an oil change ..Mr LaRue came out a short time after arriving..showed me the cabin filter, that looked like it been though hell very dirty nasty He said we can change it for 70 $ plus labor .. That’s seams extremely high for cabin filter air filter!!! But my response was that looks like it at least two years old , and y’all charged me for one only 75 days ago . Surly it wasn’t that condition after just two short months..now Mr larue changed it at no coast this time !! But that don’t change the fact you stole from me and was totally dishonest! Upon returning home from this current appointment..I notice your tech has totally scratch the paint this time on the bed of my truck with his nasty hands and my steering wheel was oily…I would like a call concerning this issues **** this is absolutely unacceptable and I need to be compensated! For the inconvenience you have caused me !!

I’ve had an excellent experience with Vaughn Automotive. From the very beginning, the team has been professional, transparent, and genuinely focused on making the process smooth and stress free. They communicated clearly, answered all my questions without hesitation, and never pressured me into anything.

Trevor knew the trucking was looking at online and answering every question and made a video for me since I am six and half hours away. Ms Sherry was great also. Anyone I came in contact with was very professional.

The salesman was pleasant and very helpful when I asked about different cars. He let me drive the cars I ask about and told me all the information about them. I had my son return with me a few days later and the salesman was pleasant about answering his questions. We had worked with Mike before when we had purchased a vehicle. Very satisfied with the service we received. I would return to Vaughn's again if I need a vehicle.

I found a 2026 gmc denali on the internet that had some generous rebates and discounts that fit my budget. after sending a request to Vaughn Automotive I was contacted by the warm staff. I didnt feel super pressured like the other auto dealerships I spoke with. I received a fair price for my trade and a good purchase price for my new GMC over social media. My wife and I drove 4 1/2 hours each way from Sioux City. After a warm greeting from Eduardo Vasquez, we were shown our new pickup and reviewed the workings of our new vehicle. Eduardo was extremely knowledgeable and answered all questions both my wife and I asked of him. The paperwork went on forever but with the kind help of Sheri Fane she made it feel painless. Thank you to all the other fine staff members that made us feel welcome and worked as a team to make our purchase go smooth.

They were efficient with fixing my recall notice

Drop off went smooth but advisor didn’t really want to talk or answer questions about the recall test. When I came back I was handed the papers,keys and pointed in the direction of my truck. Again the advisor didn’t not want to try to answer any questions I had.

The staff was friendly and helpful. Unfortunately i had to make 2 trips to get my vehicle fixed and I live an hour and a half away. The job was also only supposed to take 3 hours and I arrived at 9:15 for my appointment at 9:30 & didn't leave until almost 4:30. So the 2nd trip was a very long day.

We had an oil change on our 22 Chevy Silverado the team had us ready to go very quickly! But when we went leave I noticed my lane change & park assist was off, Mandy was in the parking lot, she came over to see what was wrong, Mandy drove the truck around & pulled back in the shop, she one of the workers unhook the ground to the battery, he hooked it back up & everything was working so with the help of Mandy we were on our way in about 10 minutes!!! Great team work!!!

Leonard was a very knowledgeable sales associate. He knew all the features available on the vehicle. He stayed late to help us complete the sale, and he was in the office (even though it was his afternoon off - which I saw on his email signature, not because he told us). I think that shows a lot of initiative. We went to many different car dealerships and he decided on Vaughn’s, not only because they had the vehicle we liked, but also because the customer service was top notch!

I think we have purchased five cars from Vaughn over the past 10 years. Every experience has been wonderful. Once we started working with Gabby, we have always asked for her. She is professional, very knowledgeable and a joy to work with.

Sent my wife for an oil change. Noted in appointment comments oil change only. Maddison Petersen brought my wife the cabin air filter and engine air filter. Said they needed to be changed. My wife refused. Said as per my instructions. Oil change only. When I checked on the engine air filter situation 3 days later I noticed one missing air box screw. One screw pinched the wiring harness and the air intake tube mis aligned.

I showed up with coupons and I showed the gentleman that was checking my car in outside. When my vehicle was finished they called me up to the desk and I noticed my brakes hadn't been checked. They told me they only do that when they rotate the tires and my tires weren't rotated. I said well I have the coupon for my tire rotation oil change, and I showed it to the check-in guy. So I paid them $20 more to get my tires rotated and guess what? They still didn't check my brakes. I was so pissed off that I just didn't even say anything. It's been one thing after another at vaughn. And I think I'm going to start going back to Greg Young toyota. In fact I wish I had body Toyota. This dealership has been nothing but rude and dismissive since the very day I bought my Equinox there.

Oil change, tire rotation and a filter at the techs request for a new duramax. It’s always a pricey experience but that’s fine. This is my second time coming in and first was fine, made an appointment on the app-all good. Did the same thing this time and I was borderline yelled at that you guys don’t make appointment for oil changes. I obviously didn’t know that and the Chevy app doesn’t either. A polite conversation would have educated me that the Chevy app is in inaccurate. Disappointed as I’ll have to drive a little further to the other dealership.

Oil change, tire rotation and vehicle inspection went well and done quickly. Tire pressures should be checked as part of the inspection. All of my tires were 5 lbs. below the factory recommended pressures. Service advisors were clueless with regard to active noise cancellation questions and radio volume issues. One advisor checked with Google to answer the question. Come to find out I found that a TSB had been issued by GM on the ANC problem back in October.

I got a truck that the headlights flash and dome light flash and no one wonts to fix anything.

If zero stars were an option that's what I would give. I paid over $11,000 for a vehicle that was supposedly all checked over and good to go.... Within the first day or two of having it I noticed a couple problems, I got a hold of them they said they would split the cost with me 🙄 I paid $500 to get it fixed they said they fixed it both problems. I took it home both problems still existed. I got a hold of them again they said bring it back in they would not charge me. I took it back to them. Had to contact them halfway through the day and tell them I needed my car back. They said they were not done trying to figure it out. I brought it back another day. They said they cannot diagnose the problem. As the mechanic told me this I told him what he's talking about as the problem is not what I ever said was the problem, so the whole time they were trying to figure out something that I never even said throughout this whole thing. They were rude, unprofessional, and plain just didn't care. Never will I buy a vehicle there again ever!!

My experience purchasing my new vehicle was very positive. Every person I worked with was wonderful.

I had an appointment on Monday and they couldn’t find out why I was having a water leak in my driver side. It started leaking again on Thursday and so I just popped in without an appointment and they got me in and figured out what the problem was. I go back sometime next week after the part comes in so they can fix it.

Auto.live failed to get my appointment on the shop schedule but they were still able to squeeze me in and out very timely.

Well I bought a 2016 Chevy Impala LT1 and was told that there was absolutely nothing wrong with it that it passed all checks, and shortly after returning home with it I noticed a couple things that were not right, I did get it in to the service mechanics there and I did not have to pay a diagnostic fee but they said that there was approximately $1,200 of things that needed fixed on it and that they found by putting a code reader on it! A code reader! So they definitely could have put a code reader on it prior to selling it to me and expecting me to pay for the repairs! Not happy

I was in with my newly purchased pickup to fix a brake assist warning on my pickup screen . My appointment was at 9:30 and it wasnt fixed until 11:30.I thought that seemed extra long but the problem did get fixed.

I'm very happy that Vaughn kept working it correct the problem with my car. I feel that GM put them in an awkward position in not delivering a car that had problems.

We have brakes that squeak on our 2023 Buick. We brought it in to be checked and were told they could not be fixed. We were told that's the way GM vehicles are. We have had GM cars and none of them had squeaky brakes!

This was my first experience buying a car from a dealership so I really have nothing to compare except for the other 4 dealerships I went to during this buying experience. It seemed like some of the email/text communication was not followed up, I don’t think anything didn’t get taken care of, it just wasn’t communicated to me. Then on Sunday I got a email and a text from someone at your dealership that I did not know and had not been working with. Making a purchase like this is personal business to me! Apparently there is a board somewhere at your dealership with the name(s) (and make of car) of people picking up cars and the time! Someone saw the board and before I picked up the car I got a phone call, at least 2 people in my town already knew about the purchase. I assume you have this board so everything is coordinated but shame on you for having where anyone can see it!

When we was asked if we wanted the inside filter replaced it would have been nice if they would have showed us what it looked like. We said no.

I brought my truck in bc of a coffee to service the ECS or something. I visited with Tony about it. He told me that he would let me know what was going on and he did. I received a phone call about day or two later and he explained the problem and have me different times to pick my truck up. He's Great! I picked the truck up after the service team was gone for the day. There were a couple people that helped find the warranty paperwork that I needed to sign to wrap this visit up. I don't tangent their names, but they like high & low to they find it. I asked if the truck could be washed & they found someone to run it through for me. I appreciated all of it! Thank you!

Quick and courtesy

Had to comeback twice because the quick service line was 4-5 deep. When I got my bill I was charged $80+ dollars just for labor. My oil change + a cabin air filter was $240.00. That's not excitable. I purchased my 2024 new GMC Sierra there besides. Pro Lube here I come.

Very poor experience. What started out as a 2 week estimate to fix our family car turned into over 5 weeks. Constant misinformation and conversations turned on us like we the customer was the problem. Every employee/manager I talked to had a different story or reason for what was going on. No walk around to ask if I was happy with the repair when I picked it up. Had to have the shop skip an alignment and detail job just to get my car out of there on time cause we needed it. Almost a month late too. Very poor customer service.

Lots of services were done. One of them was a tire alignment. Once the alignment was done then they said that I needed new tires. This was also after my tires were rotated. I’d rather be told that I need new tires first before anything else was done with my old tires

I came in a couple months ago looking for a different car and worked with Walter, and even though it didn’t work out then, I knew I wanted him as my salesman when I started looking again. He’s super easy to talk to, not pushy at all, and really made the whole process feel comfortable. I love my 2026 Trax and couldn’t be happier with how everything went!

My 2016 Chevrolet Silverado 2500 HD check engine light came on and I went to Vaughn Automotive on July 23rd 2026.I was met by Service Advisor Shelby Maddy who was very kind and helpful. Certified Technician Ethan Johns took the time to explain to me that the Emission Reduction Fluid Tank Reservoir was the problem and needed replaced.Ethan explained that it would be covered by special coverage n192210260. Shelby Maddy stated they would order the part and then set up an appointment. The same afternoon Shelby called and said the part was on its way ,and set up an appointment for Monday July 27th 2026. My truck was done the same day with no charge. I am completely satisfied with Vaughn Automotive and the customer service team of Shelby Maddy and Ethan Johns.

Salesman was great, overall was fine except an undisclosed dent on the tailgate and no resolve to fix.

Dean was very pleasant, knowledgeable, and professional. He was patient and willing to show me every option on my car; I did not feel rushed or pressured and enjoyed the process. Excellent experience!

I was told over the phone I would be charged $79 + tax and fees to try to program a key remote fob for a 2006 Buick lacrosse. Then they gave me a bill for $207. The service advisor Tony isn’t helpful at all. They have no interest in making this right. I won’t be going back to Vaughn

over all it went pretty well

The interior of my vehicle was covered in blown gravel dust. After reporting this to the staff at the service desk initially the individual who changed my oil came out to my vehicle, saw the dust and began rubbing it into my dash and seat with his hands. He then asked, "is that good?" to which I responded that he was just rubbing it in. He then stated he would go and get a rag. He returned with one rag covered in a substance and began wiping one section of my dash and again asked if that was "good?" I responded that I would take care of it myself when I got home. After about an hour and a half my dash began turning white so I returned to the dealership to speak with a different individual at the service desk inside (big guy). He was very kind and said that the normal manager was out for the day. He brought out two towel and wiped my interior the best he could and then gave me a card for one free detail. He said that the detailers did not have time that day to squeeze me in but that I could return after setting up an appointment. My point is that I shouldn't have to clean my car after an oil change and tire rotation, I also shouldn't have to waste the gas to drive an hour back to get my car detailed. This has only happened the one time, but it was highly disappointing.

Marcus the sales manager was extremely helpful by making us feel like we weren’t just another number or another person to sell just anything to so they could make a buck. He put us with Dean Dinning and we couldn’t be more happy with the service and knowledge Dean provided as we worked through finding the best fit for our wants and needs.

It was great. Id had a recall I had to respond to and Shelby the service writer ,,,,was personable and friendly !I was in and out in a very quick time and I appreciated the lift from HYVEE where ID went to have breakfast.

i was already pre approved through my bank and they knew this and they would with my bank so they ran my credit and my finance credit when they told us they wasn't going to run our credit since i was pre approved already and they were financing through the same bank. Also couldn't come up with the same financing my bank offer even though both loans were run through Community 1st credit union. Ended up just writing a check for it and going to Community 1st directly and getting my loan.

I love that you can do a lot of stuff online or over the phone before you come in. What used to take hours at the dealer, now is quick and easy. I have purchased several vehicles from you over the years!!
